We, at Scarab Digital, would like to assure all of our clients that we are taking all steps necessary to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19 transmission, to continue to ensure that interactions with our clients remains a positive experience, and to provide a safe environment for both Scarab staff and clients.

We have instituted a number of safety precautions in our offices, including increased signage, hand sanitizing stations, and distancing measures.

In addition, we have changed some of our procedures related to the exchange of equipment, including equipment rental pickups and drop offs. To date, we have added the following safety procedures:

1.Equipment Pick Up and Drop Off

At our back warehouse doors, we have set up a pick-up and drop-off table equipped with a hand sanitizing station. Rental equipment will be placed on the table for either pick-up or drop-off. Signatures are received using an iPad, which is sanitized between each use. Contact information is also recorded at this point by Scarab staff.

2.Sanitizing and Quarantining Equipment

All returned equipment is wiped down with an approved sanitizing agent before being returned to warehouse inventory. Returned equipment will remain in isolation until rented out again. Access to returned and cleaned equipment will be restricted to Scarab warehouse staff only.

3.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Scarab warehouse staff will wear appropriate masks in addition to gloves/sanitized hands during all equipment pick-ups and drop-offs. Clients will generally not be required to enter the Scarab warehouse, but disposable masks will be available should the need arise.

You can rest assured that our staff have been fully trained in COVID-19 spread mitigation, and will employ the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the course of meeting all of your business needs.
